3-Ingredient Raspberry Popsicles: An Easy Treat

A refreshing and creamy summer treat made with fresh raspberries, Greek yogurt, and a touch of natural sweetener. These popsicles are simple to make and perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

Instructions

  1. Place the raspberries in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth (or leave slightly chunky if preferred).
  2. Add the honey or maple syrup to the puree and blend again until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  3. Gently fold in the Greek yogurt using a spatula until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each about three-quarters full.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to easily release the popsicles before serving.

Notes

  • If using frozen raspberries, no need to thaw before blending.
  • For a marbled look, alternate spoonfuls of raspberry puree and yogurt into the molds instead of mixing them.
  • Ensure you leave a little space at the top of the mold as the liquid expands when freezing.
