  • 6 slices of crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • Fresh chives or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce. Toss to mix well.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until well blended and creamy.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and gently fold it in until everything is coated evenly.
