- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (with juice)
- 6 cups vegetable broth or water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: hot sauce for a kick

- Prep all your veggies by chopping the cabbage, dicing the onion, and slicing the bell peppers, carrots, and celery.
