Cookie Butter Cold Foam Latte: Easy 5-Minute Recipe

A creamy and indulgent iced coffee treat featuring the warm, spiced flavor of cookie butter blended into a frothy cold foam.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice (whole, almond, oat, or skim)
  • 2 tablespoons cookie butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
  • Extra cookie butter (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Brew your favorite coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Fill a tall glass about halfway with ice cubes.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl or blender, combine the milk, cookie butter, vanilla syrup, and ground cinnamon. Whisk or blend until smooth and frothy.
  4. Pour the cooled coffee over the ice until the glass is three-quarters full.
  5. Gently pour the cookie butter milk mixture over the coffee to create a layered effect.
  6. Top with whipped cream, an extra drizzle of cookie butter, and a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
  7. Stir gently and serve.

Notes

  • For a stronger flavor, use two shots of espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • If the cookie butter is too firm, microwave it for 10 seconds before blending.
  • Use oat milk for the creamiest dairy-free cold foam results.
