- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces pasta (fettuccine or your choice)

- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.

- Reduce skillet heat to medium and melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Sauté minced garlic and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Use reserved pasta water to thin the sauce if necessary.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and add the cooked pasta. Toss gently to coat everything in the sauce.
- Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter for extra richness. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

- Do not overcrowd the pan when searing steak to ensure a good crust.
- Reserve pasta water before draining; the starch helps the sauce cling to the noodles.
