Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Pat the pork belly completely dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.
  3. Score the skin in a crosshatch pattern using a sharp knife, being careful not to cut into the meat.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
