A refreshing and healthy layered dessert made with creamy Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, and vibrant mixed berries, sweetened with honey and a hint of vanilla.

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit by slicing strawberries and rinsing all mixed berries; drain well.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until smooth and adjust sweetness to taste.
  3. In clear glasses or dessert cups, spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture into the bottom (about 1/4 full).
  4. Add a layer of granola (about 2 tablespoons per glass) over the yogurt for crunch.
  5. Add a layer of mixed berries (about 1/4 cup per glass) over the granola.
  6. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with a final layer of yogurt.
  7. Top with a sprinkle of extra granola, a few berries, and a mint leaf for garnish.
  8. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  • For the best texture, serve immediately to keep the granola crunchy.
  • If meal prepping, store the granola separately and add just before eating.
  • You can substitute Greek yogurt with dairy-free yogurt for a vegan-friendly version.
