  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
