  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam (optional, for glaze)
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well coated.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish and refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until no lumps remain.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  6. Fold in the sliced strawberries, then spread the mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
  7. If using jam, drizzle and swirl it over the top.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  9. Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
