No-Churn Peach Ice Cream: Easy 5-Ingredient Recipe

A creamy, dreamy homemade peach ice cream that requires no ice cream maker. This 5-ingredient base uses fresh summer peaches and whipped cream for a smooth, velvety texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or almonds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peaches by peeling, pitting, and dicing them into small pieces. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt into the whipped cream, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
  4. Fold in the diced peaches (and optional nuts if using) until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Cover tightly and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm, before serving.

Notes

  • For the best flavor, use very ripe, fragrant peaches.
  • To prevent ice crystals, ensure the container is airtight or press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the mixture.
  • If the ice cream is too firm after deep freezing, let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
