  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Fold in the crumbled bacon, chopped olives, shredded cheddar, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, olive oil, eggs, garlic powder, and dried oregano until smooth.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it out evenly and tapping the pan to release air bubbles.
  7. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
