Strawberry Cold Foam Iced Coffee: Easy Recipe!

A refreshing and creamy twist on your morning caffeine fix, featuring chilled brewed coffee topped with a luscious, homemade pink strawberry cold foam.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice (whole, almond, oat, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew your favorite coffee and let it cool completely to room temperature or chill it in the refrigerator.
  2. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the heavy cream and milk. Use a hand mixer or whisk to whip the mixture until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream mixture until well combined and fluffy.
  5. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour in the cooled coffee until it is about three-quarters full.
  6. Spoon a generous amount of the strawberry cold foam over the coffee.
  7. Garnish with a fresh strawberry if desired, stir, and serve.

Notes

  • For a thicker foam, ensure the heavy cream is very cold before whipping.
  • If you prefer a sugar-free version, substitute the sugar with monk fruit or stevia.
  • Do not over-whip the cream to avoid making strawberry butter.
  • Leftover strawberry puree can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
