  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package of egg roll wrappers (about 20 wrappers)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large, heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Doritos, shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the center.
  4. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal the edges with a small amount of water.
  5. Carefully place a few sticks into the hot oil. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with ranch or salsa.
