- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil
- Add the flour and mix until a thick dough forms
- Fold in the chocolate chips evenly
- Scoop portions of dough and place them on the prepared baking tray
- Leave space between each cookie to allow spreading
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are set and the centers remain soft
- Remove from the oven and let cookies cool on the tray for a few minutes
- Transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely
Notes
Do not overmix the dough to keep cookies tender
