Garlic Seafood Stuffed Bread Boats

Method
 

  1. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the center
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat
  4. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant
  5. Add shrimp and cook until pink and fully cooked
  6. Stir in crab meat and mix gently
  7. Add cream cheese and stir until melted and creamy
  8. Season with salt and black pepper
  9. Fill the hollowed bread with the seafood mixture
  10. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese
  11. Place the bread on the baking tray
  12. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly
  13. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley
  14. Slice and serve warm
  15. Use fresh seafood for the best flavor

Notes

Do not overcook the shrimp to keep them tender
Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra freshness
