- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the center
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and fully cooked
- Stir in crab meat and mix gently
- Add cream cheese and stir until melted and creamy
- Season with salt and black pepper
- Fill the hollowed bread with the seafood mixture
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese
- Place the bread on the baking tray
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley
- Slice and serve warm
- Use fresh seafood for the best flavor
Notes
Do not overcook the shrimp to keep them tender
Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra freshness
