Method
- Crush the graham crackers in a mixing bowl
- Melt the butter and combine with the crushed graham crackers
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a baking dish
- In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk with drained pineapple
- Spread the pineapple mixture over the graham cracker crust
- Whip the cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form
- Spread the whipped cream evenly over the pineapple layer
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set
- Slice into squares before serving
- Use fresh or canned pineapple, drained well, for best texture
