No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert Squares

Method
 

  1. Crush the graham crackers in a mixing bowl
  2. Melt the butter and combine with the crushed graham crackers
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a baking dish
  4. In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk with drained pineapple
  5. Spread the pineapple mixture over the graham cracker crust
  6. Whip the cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form
  7. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the pineapple layer
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set
  9. Slice into squares before serving
  10. Use fresh or canned pineapple, drained well, for best texture

Notes

Do not skip chilling to allow layers to set properly
Gently fold the whipped cream to maintain a light texture
