- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish
- Prepare the chocolate cake batter according to package instructions
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth
- Add powdered sugar and peanut butter and mix until creamy
- Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture over the cake batter
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the edges are set and the center remains slightly gooey
- Allow the cake to cool slightly before serving
